Ray was born and raised in Panama-City. He is an active founder, director, advisor and investor across cannabis, psychedelics, mining, e-sports, e-commerce, renewables, real estate, technology and financial vehicles sectors. Ray is also a former Deputy Director of the Panama Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and a recipient of the NACD.DC designation from the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Lara became a professional Banker at S|E|B Bank while also graduating from the BWV Business School of Economics in Germany. Previously she worked as Planning & Parts Business Manager at Liebherr Panama. Her wide range of professional experience include Project & Product Management, Banking, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning and the Blockchain Industry.
